Fathee Razali is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hangterra Bamboo Sdn Bhd, responsible for the company’s overall strategy, technology direction, and partnership development.
He leads the development and commercialisation of Hangterra’s bio bamboo fibre technologies for construction and building material applications, including the company’s patented (pending) HGT-FibreX™ technology. His work focuses on translating sustainable material innovation into practical, industrial solutions.
Fathee brings entrepreneurial leadership across multiple sectors, with experience in operations, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-led ventures. He works closely with industry partners, research institutions, and public-sector stakeholders in Malaysia and internationally.
